The following terms carry the meanings assigned below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age prescribed by the operator's license jurisdiction or by the laws of your country of residence — to register an Account or place any wager on the Platform. 75apk employs mandatory KYC procedures to verify user age. Any Account found to have been registered by a person below the applicable minimum age will be immediately closed and all funds (including any winnings) may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Each User is permitted to maintain a single registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure, forfeiture of balances and, where fraud is suspected, referral to relevant authorities. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in your name without your consent, contact support immediately.
The following individuals are not eligible to register an Account or place wagers on the Platform:
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
75apk operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. Before withdrawal privileges are activated above applicable thresholds, you will be required to submit documentation verifying your identity and, where required, your address. For Pakistani users, acceptable identity documents typically include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. Proof of address and a liveness check or selfie may also be required.
All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never submit sensitive personal documents through unofficial channels, unencrypted messaging services or to third parties claiming to represent 75apk.
Never alter, obscure, crop or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submitting fraudulent documentation may constitute a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or authentication codes with any third party. 75apk will never ask for your full password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
All deposits must be made from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. 75apk may reference familiar payment methods available to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer options such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as familiar local references only. These references do not imply endorsement of gambling services by any payment provider. Actual payment availability, minimum deposit amounts and processing times are governed by the current cashier settings and the policies of the relevant payment provider.
For Pakistani users, account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where this option is configured. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit or distribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; or use any content for commercial purposes without the Operator's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75apk and its Operator, affiliates, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from: your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform; any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; any wager result or game outcome; or the unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account.
The Operator's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the Real-Money Balance held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty — express or implied — is made regarding uptime, freedom from errors or fitness for a particular purpose.

Where changes are material, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to provide Users with advance notice — typically by email to the registered address or by an on-platform notification. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect User rights) may be implemented without advance notice.
The date of last review shown at the top of this page will be updated each time the Terms are amended. Your continued access to or use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
These Terms and any dispute, claim or matter arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the Operator's license jurisdiction, as published in the Operator's official licensing documentation. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
In the first instance, Users are encouraged to contact 75apk support to resolve any dispute or complaint informally. If a matter cannot be resolved informally, the Operator may submit to a formal dispute-resolution process in accordance with the requirements of the relevant licensing authority.
These Terms do not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
